FC Barcelona -177
Barcelona currently lead the way but only by a point and they need a win this week to guarantee their passage into the knockout stages. A disappointing goalless draw against Slavia Prague in the last matchweek, opened the door for both Dortmund and Inter Milan and they need to perform this week to close the door for at least one of those sides.
Amidst a long unbeaten run at home in the UEFA Champions League (UCL) (W30, D4), the hosts have recorded four wins in their last five European home games, winning one half by a 2-0 scoreline in each victory. The last three of those wins each saw both goals scored in the half won 2-0 registered by the same player.
Barcelona’s UCL matches this term have produced two 2-1 wins and two 0-0 draws. In a curious quirk, both wins saw the away team on the day open the scoring inside the first five minutes. In turn, if excluding goalless draws, Barcelona’s last four UCL matches have seen the opening scorer lead 1-0 at half-time.
With Luis Suarez back from injury, Antoine Griezmann is again forced to play out wide and out of position. Unless Barcelona stick with the 4-2-3-1 formation used at the weekend, former Borussia Dortmund winger Ousmane Dembele looks set for a place on the bench here.
Full-backs Jordi Alba and Nelson Semedo will miss out for Barcelona in midweek. Junior Firpo will deputise for Alba, while Sergi Roberto is fresh to start at right-back after serving a ban at the weekend
Clement Lenglet suffered a calf injury before their 2-1 win over Leganes at the weekend but trained without problem on Monday. With Gerard Pique suspended on Wednesday, Lenglet will partner Samuel Umtiti at the back.
Key Player: Luis Suárez hit a second-half double in Barcelona’s last UCL home win.

Borussia Dortmund have also performed a little below expectations with a loss to Inter Milan in matchweek 3 being the low point for the side. Despite this they still sit three points ahead of their Italian rivals and, with what should be an easier final group game at home to Slavia Prague, Dortmund will be confident of making the knockout stages once again. They’ll still be looking to take something from The Nou Camp though, and they certainly have the talent to do so.
Optimistically speaking, five of Dortmund’s last seven UCL away wins have produced a clean sheet and a margin of over 1.5 goals. However, any such result is likely to go against them on current evidence, with Dortmund losing by an average ratio of 2:0 across their last three competitive away games (D1, L2).
Dortmund are also winless in four UCL group stage away fixtures against an opponent drawn from pot 1 prior (D1, L3). Appropriately, two of those three defeats produced a 2-0 scoreline, with the German giants felled by an average of 2.33 goals conceded across those three losses.
Paco Alcacer will miss out against former club Barcelona after coming off at half-time in Saturday's 3-3 draw with Paderborn with injury. With Alcacer ruled out, Lucien Favre must decide whether to start Mario Gotze up front or push Marco Reus further forward.
It was not long ago Jadon Sancho was considered a guaranteed starter for Dortmund but that is no longer the case after a testing few months for the German side. Raphael Guerreiro and Nico Schulz are in competition for a starting berth at left-back for Dortmund. Hazard will miss Dortmund's final group game if he is booked on Wednesday.
Key Player: Achraf Hakimi hit a second-half double for Dortmund on UCL matchday four.

Barcelona will qualify for the knockout stage with a win on Wednesday. They will top the group if they beat Borussia Dortmund and Inter drop points to Slavia Prague for a second time. Borussia Dortmund will only qualify if they better Inter's result.
Barcelona will be pleased this game is at Camp Nou, as they have not been impressive on the road of late. At home, the Spanish giants are unbeaten this season and have only failed to win one game.
Borussia Dortmund will be pleased with the way they came from 3-0 down to draw 3-3 with Paderborn at the weekend but it's concerning they were in that position in the first place, especially after losing 4-0 to Bayern Munich in the match before.
Dortmund have only won one of their last six away matches and have failed to score in the last three. Even though Barcelona are missing key defenders, Dortmund arrive into this match at a bad moment.
The Pick: FC Barcelona -177, Under 3
