Belgium vs Switzerland Betting Odds, Preview, Prediction and Picks for the International Friendly Game on Wednesday November 11th, 2020.

Game Facts

Belgium are on a fine run having won 13 of their last 15 matches, with the sole defeat in that run coming against England. The Red Devils did lose their last meeting with Switzerland, however, that coming in a 5-2 loss back in 2018.

Switzerland, though, are yet to win a match in 2020, losing three of five outings. Away from home, they have won only one of their last seven matches, that a 6-1 win over international minnows Gibraltar in 2019.

Both teams should name second string sides, but Belgium are well placed to continue their good form ahead of the Nations League round of fixtures next week.

Reason for Belgium -114

Belgium have scored in 22 consecutive international matches (W18, D2, L2), a career that dates back to the 2018 World Cup and that helped their rise to the top of the FIFA world rankings.

They have scored in 20 minutes with six of their last seven outings, although it has been four games since they kept a clean sheet. After that, their last seven games produced an average of 2.43 goals in the first half.

At home, they haven't lost since Spain beat them 2-0 in September 2016 (W17, D5) and including a 2-1 win the last time Switzerland traveled here.

In fact, they have won the last four home games with a combined goal difference of +6, scoring on or before the 30th minute in three of those meetings.

Reason for Switzerland +295

Switzerland has not won any of its five international matches since the arrival of Covid-19 (D2, L3), conceding in the first 30 minutes in four of those matches.

Interestingly, none of those games were scored after the 70th minute, and only one of the last 12 halves they played was not goalless.

Switzerland has struggled recently, with their only win in their last seven outings against the Gibraltar Minnows (G1, D2, L4).

However, they have only managed to score twice in that streak, with six (37.5%) of their last 16 away goals between the 50th and 60th minutes.
