PREVIEW

The first world golf championship event of the season has arrived with the WGC Workday Championship, marking the official start of the PGA swing in Florida.

Traditionally WGC held in Mexico in its recent history, this year's version has moved to the Jack Nicklaus and Tony Jacklin-designed Concession Golf Club outside of Bradenton, Florida.

The 72-man course, which is officially the strongest of 2021, includes the top 50 players ranked in the official World Golf rankings, with only Tiger Woods and Paul Casey not participating this week. The field also includes highly ranked players on the European Tour.

The odds used in this article can be found online at the betting sites that we will leave you in this post. Next we will take a look at favorites to win this tournament.

Dustin Johnson is the favorite to win this week despite a bad Sunday at Riviera.

Jon Rahm follows him in second position, coming off a spectacular final round on Sunday.

Tony Finau comes from second last week and shares a similar price with Xander Schauffele or Patrick Cantlay who did not have a good final round.

Rory Mcllroy, Justin Thomas and Bryson DeChambeau will seek to improve here at the Workday Championship and forget what they did last week.
