Reason for 2020 PGA Championship Golf Tips, Odds, Predictions

*This article was updated on August 6th, 2020*

The PGA 2020 Championship will be the only important one in this season's PGA Tour calendar, A great event that brings together the best golfers in the world ranking, we take a look at the betting odds of the PGA 2020 Championship, and we make our choices and the Best PGA Tour bets to win in this tournament.

This time we are going to TPC Harding Park in San Francisco, California where it will host this championship for the first time. This is an absolutely loaded field and the winner will leave with almost two million dollars.

BROOKS KOEPKA $ 1,000 leaves as a legitimate favorite for a third consecutive victory in the PGA Championship. His odds are higher than they should be after missing the cup in two of his last three events. He returned to compete in the WGC-FedEx St. Jude Invitational and has shown that he has fully recovered from a previous knee injury.

WEBB SIMPSON $ 2,500 is still a huge threat. This course favors the game of Simpson as a glove and he has already won it at the 2012 US Open at the Olympic Club. Simpson is easily one of the top 10 contenders this week.

TYRRELL HATTON $ 5,000 did not have his best performance last week at St. Jude Inventional, but he did perform well by winning the Arnold Palmer and collecting the top five shows at the RBC Heritage and Rocket Classic Mortgage. Hatton comfortably leads the tour with blows won and has rounded up the top five top performances from the Top 10 since the 2016 Open. It's a good option to put money in our pockets this week.

VIKTOR HOVLAND $ 5,000 is a young man who is not afraid of the big stage as he had a Top 15 performance at the US Open last year as a fan and won the Porto Open Rico in February. A 22-year-old may have a hard time closing the deal this week, but Hovland is someone who can give him a chance.

BRYSON DECHAMBEAU $ 1,400 has gone a bit unnoticed after he won the Rocket Mortgage Classic, but he is undoubtedly the most impressive golfer since the restart. DeChambeau and his new massive framework will be tested in this course. The California boy has a good chance to assert himself in this tournament and I think he is a serious favorite to finish at the top in the PGA Championship.

ADAM SCOTT $ 6,600 is ranked 24th in the world ranking, he has not played since he lost the cup at the Arnold Palmer Invitational and when the PGA Tour season has been suspended due to COVID-19. He closed his 2019 calendar with a victory at the Australian PGA Championship European Tour, and opened his 2020 season with a victory at the Genesis Invitational. His odds are inflated due to his recent lack of play. The former Masters champion has finished in the top 10 in the PGA Championship for the past two years and has 19 career top 10s in the majors.

BRENDON TODD $ 12,500 continues to be disrespected by punters in these stronger areas after winning the Bermuda Championship and Mayakoba Golf Classic in the fall. He showed at the WGC event at TPC Southwind that he can take on the best in the world. It would be a good option to win a lot of money in this tournament.

MATT WALLACE $ 2,500 is ranked 109 in the world, but the quadruple European Tour winner is 41 in the official world golf ranking. He was a T-4 on a difficult field in high-profile conditions at PGA Championship, and finished third at the 2019 PGA Championship.

MACKENZIE HUGHES $ 20,000 will play in the PGA Championship for the first time since 2017. She was third in the Travelers Championship and sixth in the Memorial since the Tour restarted. The Canadian had only one victory on the PGA Tour, but is ranked 77 on the OWGR. It's worth a shot hoping to turn a $ 10 bet into a $ 3,000 win.
