Los Angeles posted a six-point win against the Jets at home, and last weekend, they beat the Falcons at home by a score of 20-17. Michael Badgley was the hero when he hit a 43-yard field goal when time expired. The Bolts won't make the playoffs as they are 4-9 on the year, but it was a good win for them after being crushed 45-0 by the Patriots a week earlier.
Justin Herbert appears to be the fugitive Rookie of the Year winner in the AFC offense, as he has had a solid season. Herbert hit 36 ??of 44 passes against Atlanta for 243 yards with two TDs and one INT and has now thrown for 2,467 yards with 25 TDs and 10 INTs for the year.
Los Angeles has been hit by injuries in its running game, but Austin Ekeler is back, and he had 79 yards against the Falcons. The Chargers need to get their running game going as it will allow Herbert to have a great game against the Raiders' 25th-ranked pass defense.
On defense they held the Falcons to just 319 yards of offense in the victory. LA still ranks seventh in the league against passing. Derek Carr can put in some solid numbers. LA is 21st against the run, and they'll have to be better than that here if they want to control the Las Vegas offense.

|#302 Las Vegas Raiders -3.5|
Las Vegas are having a good year and are currently in pursuit of the playoffs with a 7-6 record on the year. The Raiders have this game, followed by a home game against the Dolphins and then a road game against the Broncos.
LV must win, and the schedule isn't too overwhelming the rest of the way, so they have a real shot at making the postseason in their freshman year in Las Vegas. Las Vegas must first beat the Chargers, who will seek revenge for a previous loss.
The Raiders are 25th in the league against the run and will face a struggling Los Angeles running game. Las Vegas' running game has struggled as well of late, running just 70 ypg in its last four games after averaging 190.3 ypg in its previous three games.
Josh Jacobs leads the team in rushing with 831 yards and nine TDs, but he has only 131 yards and one TD in his last three games played. We also note that Jacobs hasn't averaged more than 3.0 yards per attempt in any of those games.
Derek Carr could have had a better year if the running game had been more productive this year, but still, he's having a solid season. It won't be easy for Carr in this one, as the Bolts have the seventh-ranked passing defense in the league, and he threw for just 160 yards against them in Game 1.
