Indianapolis Colts vs Chicago Bears Prediction, Betting Tips and Preview of the match for the NFL Football Game on Sunday October 4th, 2020.

Jacoby Brissett Indianapolis Colts
17 PYDS | 50.0 Comp % | 61.5 RATING

Jacoby Brissett was 2-for-4 for 17 yards and rushed twice for no yardage on Sunday as the Colts beat the Jets by a 36-7 score in Week 3 action.

Brissett saw some time on the field on Sunday as the Colts had a big lead on the Jets and wanted to rest starter Philip Rivers.

Rivers will remain the starter and Brissett will continue his backup role and is not worth owning in fantasy.

Nick Foles Chicago Bears
188 PYDS | 55.2 Comp % | 95.2 RATING

Chicago Bears HC Matt Nagy announced that Nick Foles is now their starting QB.

In addition to being named the starting QB, Nagy went one step further in calling Foles the "QB going forward," and added, "this is not a week to week situation."

Foles completed 16 of 29 pass attempts for 188 yards, 3 TDs, and an INT in the Bears' 30-26 win over the Falcons in Week 3, so this comes as no surprise.

The Bears offense was horrendous before Foles entered the game, and his late-game heroics brought the Bears to 3-0 on the season.

Foles should be considered a matchup dependent back-end QB1 and is an option for those streaming QB in 12-team formats.

Indianapolis Colts -2.5

The Indianapolis Colts are aiming for their third straight victory. They bounced back after their first loss to the Jaguars with a win over the Vikings and easily covered a 12.5-point 36-7 home win over the Jets last week.

The Colts defense has been among the best in the NFL in three games.

Philip Rivers was effective in his first season with the Colts. The 38-year-old quarterback remains a major threat and has passed 794 passing yards with a 3: 3 TD / INT ratio.

The offensive line has been strong as Rivers has only been sacked twice all season.

Chicago Bears +2.5

The Chicago Bears will seek to maintain their undefeated record against a Colts team.

The Bears erased a 16-point deficit to return to the Falcons' 30-26 lead Sunday in a game that marked Chicago as the dogs by 2.5 points.

Two of their three Bears wins came on the road. They opened the season with a comeback in Detroit and beat the Giants in their only home game.

Well, it was Nick Foles who led the Bears' comeback in place of Mitch Trubisky in Atlanta last week.

It was only a matter of time before HC Matt Nagy benched Trubisky, who underperformed. Foles had 188 passing yards with three touchdowns against a pick in the winning effort.
