Denver Nuggets vs Utah Jazz Prediction, Betting Tips and Preview of the match for the NBA Game on Thursday August 27th, 2020.
|Reason for Denver Nuggets +2.0|
The Colorado side arrives motivated and excited to reverse the tie after winning Game 5 exceptionally. At the start of the second half, Denver was not having a very good time to say, as Utah continued to score regularly.
The future was not the best and staying in the playoffs seemed like a utopia. However, a man appeared who changed the fate of the party.
And this was the Canadian Jamal Murray, who had a dream performance by converting 42 points in 41 minutes of play. Of course, he had a great partner in the Serbian Nikola Jokic, who scored 31 points in total (21 of these in the first 12 minutes of play).
Most likely, the Nuggets will get between 24-27 units per period and between 105-115 overall.
18.5 PTS, 4 REB, 4.8 AST
Murray notched 42 points (17-26 FG, 4-8 3Pt, 4-4 FT), eight rebounds, eight assists and a steal in 42 minutes during Tuesday's 117-107 Game 5 win over the Jazz. Murray scored 50 points in Game 4 and while he couldn't top that performance, the Canadian point guard carried the Nuggets in this comeback win, making a couple of key shots down the stretch and setting up a decisive three from Nikola Jokic that iced the game for good. Murray has surpassed the 35-point plateau in three of five games during the series.
|Reason for Utah Jazz -2.0|
The team lost 117-107 in Game 5 of the series, missing a victory that could mean ending the key against the Nuggets. Now he must win this game to avoid any kind of complications later, since Malone's boys could fully recover from the mood and fight for the classification after putting a hypothetical 3-3 in the tie.
Donovan Mitchell had a good performance after converting 30 points in 38 minutes of play, but he could not be the leader that the roster needed in the final stretch of the game.
Mike Conley appeared at times and only scored 17 points in total, lowering his production compared to what was done in Game 3 and 4. Special mention for the pivot Gobert, who continues to have a separate duel with Jokic, which is wearing him down quite physically .
The logic indicates that the Jazz specify between 26 to 29 points per quarter and between 110 to 120 throughout the 48 minutes of play.
24 PTS, 4.4 REB, 4.3 AST
Mitchell went for 30 points (11-23 FG, 4-8 3Pt, 4-5 FT), five assists, two rebounds and a steal in 39 minutes during Tuesday's 117-107 Game 5 loss against the Nuggets. Mitchell tried to be the hero for the Jazz in the final minutes of Game 5, but the move backfired and he missed several shots that could've changed the course of the game. Mitchell wasn't able to take over as he has done it in previous games, but he should remain a key player for the Jazz on both ends of the court ahead of Thursday's Game 6. He has scored 30 or more points in four of the five games of the series thus far.
