Cleveland Indians

The Cleveland Indians have won 35 of their 65 home games and are trailing Chicago by 9.5 games for first place. On Sunday, designated hitter Franmil Reyes fell short on the cycle three times and had three runs to lead Cleveland to an 11-5 road win over Boston. SP Zach Plesac (10-4) allowed three runs in five innings to win the Indians (68-66).

The Indians will seek 24-year-old right-hander Logan Allen (1-5 6.62 ERA) in Game 1 of the series. In addition to 35 innings, Allen has allowed ten home runs and has a below par WHIP of 1.42.
